Proposal: xgo tool test-explorer about xgo HOT 5 CLOSED

This will extend the xgo tool command, what's proper sub command for this?

xgo tool debug
xgo tool server
xgo tool test
xgo tool debug-server
xgo tool test-explorer 
xgo tool list
xgo tool manager
xgo tool runner
xgo tool test-runner

No name is good because they are tool long.

I think we can add these two commands:

# list all available tools
xgo tool list

# show help for xgo tool
xgo tool help

Then, if no arg is given to xgo tool, we open a tool index page for the user to select tools to run manually:

# open up a page to show tools,
# on the page, user can choose test explorer to run
xgo tool

Suppose the name test-explorer is used, then when user clicks the Test Explorer icon, the explorer ui is automatically open:

xgo tool test-explorer
