Unfortunately not. As of right now, youtube does not render the handle for each user (and doesn't pass it back from requests).
So, it would not be possible to retrieve handles without making a separate request for each user message (which would be super inefficient).
That being said, there would be a way... so, if you REALLY need the handles, and do not mind making a request for each user message, let me know and I can code something real quick.

thanks for the info. I think I'll just wait and see if they'll provide handles in the future. I don't want to do extra request for the handles
