I think I Understand what you want
you want to play the last recorded live if you access the live link and it is offline.
sorry I do not have this option yet

I have all of my live streams embedded on my web page. I would like for the VOD of the latest live performance from said channel to play while live is not broadcasting.

2 I shut off live stream
3 my shares embeded links go offline
4) I would like my shared embeded links to play the VOD of live stream, on that shared link.
What am I missing in my explanation?
