Thank you, I executed:
cd /var/www/html/AVideo/install
php moveFilesToFolder.php
and I had the Streamer already updated to 11.0 and the Encoder to 3.8, but I also did a git pull in the Storage:
cd /var/www/html/AVideo-Storage/
sudo git pull
And it is now working again for older and newer videos.
