is there a way to encrypt them back to UWP most games require that unless there is another way to bypass this otherwise its pointless removing this because you cant modifier them im guessing its only good for offline games though really im guessing

Depends on the game.
In that github issue I linked(#81), there are tutorials on how to install mods or at least modify certain files in a UWP package specifically by dumping the game and then repackaging it. A lot of them involve dumping the title, editing or replacing files, and then repackaging it into an appx. This GitHub repository is not the relevant place to discuss how to do that though.
