Custom Authentication header not working about apk HOT 2 CLOSED

might be due to doc issue as well: wso2/docs-apk#289

I could reproduce this with provided configs and the issue was resolved once I added a API level endpoint configuration, so the issue seems to be with custom header not working with resource level endpoints. Therefore will need to fix this
