I have test two assets pdf, and can switch ok.
I had make a mistake, when I add the second pdf,
I forgot to check the Target Membership of the second pdf at xcode right properties panel and it can not display.
After I checked it, all run OK.
Are you the same problem?

I didn't add the assets through xcode actually, they are in my project folder. I'm doing something like require('./assets/pdf/filename.pdf')

I figured it out, apparently it's done purposely by react-native. I'm still new to this so I didn't know. See this react-native issue for more details: facebook/react-native#2481
