I've fixed it so it should compile using -march=native
on Linux to use valid instructions for your cpu. pthreads is now linked properly in the latest commit when on Linux by linking to Threads::Threads
in cmake.
If you are compiling on Windows as well, then you need to change vcpkg.json
so FFTW uses the sse
or avx
features, and modify CMakeLists.txt
so it compiles using /arch:AVX
or remove it entirely to use SSE2.
