I have seen pretty much the same issue on my system for all of those docker containers that has some kind of healthcheck.

@willfarrell I have tried to open the link that you pasted but looks like redirect to stock docker.com. Do you have another link to that article?
So far I have tried to rollback older version of containerd and docker, set shim_debug option and many more but no luck. I have used my google skill but did not find any relevant further information.

I'd love to see alternate links as well, a lot answers to problems seem to be "success.docker.com" but that domain is not public and appears to be only for Enterprise customers.
