Hello @KarmirisP ,
You are trying to install a distribution in arm to use with qemu. This won't work in WSL. At least no in WSL1. I recommend setting a visrual machine with Fedora in HyperV and enable it the ssh server so, you can use your fedora remix as the ssh client.
