请提供给我软件平台，软件版本，使用的是什么功能（蓝牙客户端/服务器/BLE）。如果能附上连接的设备信息最好。

软件平台：snapdragon 695
软件版本：Android 13
使用最新版本时出现以下问题：
一、选择串口连接时没有设备显示（使用其他app时可以正常连接，感觉是权限问题）
二、蓝牙连接不上，uuid自定义后仍然不行，在其他BLE调试助手的0xffe0 Sevice 下 0xffe1Characteristic 可以收到数据

一、选择串口连接时没有设备显示
你使用的是Android硬件串口还是USB转串口模块？前者需要在设置界面勾选“启用Android硬件串口”，后者需要使用此变通方法
二、蓝牙连接不上，uuid自定义后仍然不行，在其他BLE调试助手的0xffe0 Sevice 下 0xffe1Characteristic 可以收到数据
可以发一下你在SerialTest当中是如何配置BLE连接的吗？文字描述或者截图都可以

你试试接收服务填ffe0，接收特征值填ffe1，发送服务填ffe0，发送特征值填ffe2？或者你能给我看一下BLE调试助手里面ffe2服务下面有哪些特征值吗
