I recommend creating a workflow to do whatever you wish after the branch is updated.

Once you fork the repo, Create a new branch, make it the default branch, and add pull.yml as well as a workflow file with this trigger

on:
  push:
    branches: 
      - master

You can then do anything you want in the workflow file including but not limited to build and deploy. This way you have maximum control of what you wish to do.

I guess you misunderstand my question. The problem now I'm facing is that pull only synchronize commits, not releases. And I would like to know if pull will implement it.

That will not be implemented but you can do it yourself using the workflow method in my comment above.
