而且不符合 文档

自定义校验函数，接受rule, value, param, models四个参数，其中rule格式为{name: '字段名', message: '失败信息'}, value是字段值，param是校验参数，models是form组件的models属性。函数返回true/false，表示校验成功或失败

实际逻辑：
validator 返回 true: 校验失败；
validator 返回 false: 校验成功
