I've updated the patch.
Probably the same situation is with followed commands:
SET, GETSET, SETNX, LPUSH, RPUSH, LSET, LREM, SADD, SREM, SMOVE, ZADD, ZREM,
ZINCRBY, ZREVRANK, ZRANK, ZSCORE, PUBLISH,
but actually i did not check it

ok, thanks guys. I will spend some time on this issue trying to figure out the
best way to do it... why the H**L does each and every new version of Redis have
to break compatibility?!

How is this stil not fixed? It should be critical!
Doesn't work with current Ubuntu package which is redis 2.2.11
Doesn't work with latest redis 2.4.7
Instead of putting actual value it puts its length.
Is this project abandoned?

@octaviobenedi, thanks for providing patch. However, in future please make sure
previous versions of server is also supported and that you make it latest
available version in trunk, some of your fixes were already available. See the
latest checkin in trunk.
@dlgtho, if you think something needs to be fixed then please provide a patch!
