先配置好openvpn。
openvpn连通了之后，在中间串联个udpspeeder。openvpn client--->speeder client ---->speeder server---->openvpn server， 这样就是udpspeeder+openvpn。
配好了udpspeeder+openvpn之后，你可以用openvpn的ip（比如10.0.0.1）访问ss，这样ss的流量也会被加速。这就是udpspeeder+openvpn+ss了。
这个openvpn是起什么作用的
ss同时会用到tcp和udp。udpspeeder只加速udp，所以你不能用udpspeeder这单独一个程序来加速ss；openvpn底层用的是udp协议，可以被udpspeeder加速，而openvpn上层可以承载任何流量，所以你用udpspeeder+openvpn一起配合就可以加速ss了。
