This is because the iframe contents do not survive cloning in
ReaderEXploration.js refreshPage. It'd be ideal if we can avoid cloning. Moving
the elements did not work.

Yes, it seems to be working.
Marker is on the right spot too (although zoom level seems to be going back to
the default, which should be a separate issue).
