百度坐标 转GCJ02 再转 wgs84
误差不大的，我在ArcGIS里面看过。
用百度坐标建立shp，和真实地物错位很大。转成wgs84后，再建立shp，和真实地物基本吻合。肉眼看不出太大偏差。

高德转WGS84是有点问题，有一定程度的偏差，试验了一下武汉地区的，差了大概十几米
