We've looked into the reason why we can't capture Flash. It's because a Flash
object has a property named "wmode". The default value of wmode is "window". To
capture a Flash, its wmode property need to be "opaque". We can't change the
property of Flash objects, so we can't capture them.
Make this bug as won't fix.

Hey, is it possible to capture that in another window and merge to the current
shot with the coordinates they are on? Just a suggestion.
