Hi Alex, there is indeed a minimum measurement duration hard-coded in GGIR. I only added it with the assumption that nobody would ever be interested in less than 2 hours of free-living data. I will look into this. Thanks, Vincent

Update. I've managed to solve this using GGIR 1.4 re-installed. I neglected to re-start R when I re-installed the earlier packages previously.

Hi Vincent, just to say I've got exactly the same situation as Alex (and used the same fix by installing v1.4). I was wondering if this will be resolved in future GGIR versions, to avoid users having to go back to v1.4 each time? Thanks, Stuart

I have found the source of the problem and fixed it here in github. Our plan is to upload a new GGIR version 1.5-11 to CRAN in the upcoming days.
