Yes, after we talked, I realized that they are in the other "Christmas Label" repository and that they only show the diagrams if you build the Sphinx documentation. I have since saved the diagrams in the repository at

BTW, the .puml files will show diagrams if one has PlantUML installed and configured. It does need for one to click on the PlantUML tab on the right (or choose View -> Tool Windows -> PlantUML from the menu).

There is not actually anything to render PlantUML in Github, it will render if brought up in PyCharm.
