ANF output sometimes fails about cgen HOT 1 CLOSED

Thank you very much for reporting this. I posted a further fix so that it should be more generic now. Please do let me know if there is anything else.

In essence, there is a block to prevent the encoder from creating an extra result variable where the equation simplifies to a single literal or is a tautology. For the previous issue, I did a simple workaround to attempt simplifying the equation in advance to decide if extra variable is needed. That simplification didn't always work as expected. Now I changed the process so that the equation is encoded first then the result variable decision is made afterwards.
