I wonder if might be better to add a param for the prerun and add the dependency there, that way you could still use this class independently but when you did used in in the main class it was ordered correctly. I should be semver as long as I default the param to false.

This class is now deprecated as postrun works much better from the perspective of not blocking puppet runs when r10k is having issues. Similar need so leaving this open.
