It's not a bug, it asks for the puppetlabs/ruby module

@ventz Hi, yep that (default) install methdology gem install requires the puppetlabs/ruby module. As you did not install via puppet module install zack/r10k it did not automatically download the dependancies. You will need to manually clone the respective repos or simply manually install them i.e. puppet module install puppetlabs-ruby. Just a word of caution on cloning the project at HEAD, I do releases here but not all of them are pushed to the forge. The forge should be considered stable and these are works in progress, its looking like the next forge release will be 1.0.0.
