Given that I've switched to the system fonts already it might also be a good idea to also replace Semantic UI with Spectre.css — CSS framework that's smaller, provides all necessary features, is based on system fonts, etc.
UPDATE: Spectre.css is based on the 12-column grid, whereas Semantic UI uses 16. Hence, it would be a lot of unnecessary work to restyle and restructure pretty much everything — something that isn't worth it. It'd be better to extract used code from Semantic and drop the unused stuff instead.
