ImportError: No module named speexdsp and webrtc_audio_processin about voice-engine HOT 2 CLOSED

This issue is not with the NS() Class. It is actually the problem with EC() class, that is for aec.
in the background EC() class uses a library called "speexdsp" for echo-cancellation. You can check that via : from speexdsp import EchoCancellor in the ec.py file.

So, that's the problem.

Also, you can not directly pip install the library. You need to setup its dev environment first, then pip install the library.
Follow the instruction as :
sudo apt install libspeexdsp-dev

git clone https://github.com/xiongyihui/speexdsp-python.git

cd speexdsp-python

python setup.py install

pip install speexdsp

from voice-engine.
