You shouldn't run package or install since it will trigger all tests to be run, and some tests are meant to take 10 minutes to run for some particular benchmarks.
You should run:
mvn clean test-compile
And, then, just run each Unit Test you need from your IDE.
The user lacks privilege or object not found warning can be seen when Hibernate tries to delete a table that does't exist. However, this is a warning and doesn't cause your tests to fail.
