Hi, managing additional block storage volumes adds quite a bit of extra complexity and can cause problems with cluster operations that assume some a more dynamic cluster configuration. Plus, if you want to use Hetzner's volumes you can just use the Hetzner CSI driver which supports what you are asking natively and it's an official implementation. For this reason I'm closing this one as not planned.
