warning\error while running ./bootstrap.sh on go 1.4 about vitess HOT 4 CLOSED

If the rest of the bootstrap continues, I think it's ok. We only added the "cover" tool to bootstrap for use by Travis during continuous integration builds. You shouldn't need it locally.

I'd like to keep this issue open though until we fix it to work on Go 1.4. I know @henryanand ran into a problem which is why he reverted to the old URL.

@henryanand can you comment on what the issue was that made you revert?

go1.3 tools don't work with the new URL.
go1.4 was causing a unit test and some integration tests to fail due to zkctl shutdown command failure.

Do you remember what the error was when using the new URL with Go 1.3?

go1.3 will complain that it cannot find the package and ask to install it
