Looks like your network is weak. Gvite cannot connect to other nodes, like 118.25.109.87:8484, to download ledger, so sync error.
Those error message:
- Post https://bootnodes.vite.net/bootmainnet.json: net/http: TLS handshake timeout"
- dial tcp 118.25.109.87:8484: context deadline exceeded",
telnet 118.25.109.87 8484on terminal is success.
This error message:
too many peersis ok, because the remote nodes peer count reachMaxPeers`, so it reject exceeded connection.
so, you could contact your network manager to improve your network and check your firewall, open 8483(UDP/TCP), 8484(TCP).
