What a coincidence -- I've put a fix on this right before noticing this issue! Please update the code from master, try to compile once more and post here.
The problem is that we've wrapped optflow module, which is in opencv_contrib tree, not opencv (which means it's optional). If you do need it, install opencv_contrib's optflow module along with OpenCV. If not, CMake will issue a warning but, nevertheless, you should succeed with compilation.
