So my issue is that whenever I go to fight Mega-Satan, I enter the room successfully, but the animation that's supposed to play when you walk on the pentagram does not play. I can still damage him, but for some reason, when I get to the "second phase", the animation that plays when you walk in plays now and I'm stuck in place, unable to move or shoot, causing it to basically softlock me. The mod works just fine for everything else, but for some reason, only Mega-Satan seems to have an issue for me. The only way I can do his unlocks are by disabling the mod, which is fine, since Mega-Satan is not mandatory to beat to proceed.
