Create a sub directory in the app's data folder for the new versions about updatefx HOT 4 CLOSED

Yeah, Lighthouse does store other files there too so that doesn't cause any problems. But you can specify any folder you like for finding the patched jars. It doesn't have to be "The App Directory" even though that's how Lighthouse and the examples are implemented.

Is there something specific that needs changing here?

I think it would be more convenient to add a sub folder inside the data folder for the updates, but i guess overriding the path manual does the trick.

I'm not sure what you mean by override. UFX doesn't have any real concept of the "right" directory to use, it just uses what you tell it. Could you maybe provide a bit of code to show what you mean?

I think this is not an issue - UpdateFX can use any directory you give it. Closing.
