should properly handle -notifier.url
response status codes in the range 200-299
after the commit 7308bad . This commit will be included in the next release. In the mean time it is possible to build vmalert
from this commit according to these docs and verify whether it properly handles response status codes from Alerta.

FYI, the bugfix for this issue has been included in v1.93.14 LTS release.
