Uploaded the .EMI file (which is openable in VGMTrans) and the converted .mid and .sf2 file (NOTE: Only the last PS1 SEQ is intended to play sound)

Those notes are part of the piano delay effect, they should have much lower volume. This might be a SF2-specific issue (the program uses DLS for playback internally)
