HI @Berndinox Thanks for the suggestions. I will be sure to update the project soon. I have been delaying splitting the compose files for some time but it seems like I will need to create a standalone and swarm file to eliminate some confusion.
- Link is deprecated and is just legacy from the beginning
- Expose was just being used as a placeholder for ports being used so we know what to change if we need to troubleshoot anything. We had many discussions around this and decided to keep it. This might just turn into commented out ports for better understanding for all
- Not all container_name entries were removed. Thanks for catching this!
- Restarts should actually be inside and out of deploy to support both standalone and swarm. Will add it next update. Thanks for this!
Thanks for the storage tips. I will be sure to add a section in the docs to tell people to set defaults based
from prometheus.
