@multiwebinc The Winter CMS core team has forked the plugin and will be providing it for Winter CMS going forward. Thanks to @adrenth for all his excellent work on it over the years; it's greatly appreciated!

We have no long-term plans to support Winter CMS for our plugins. This plugin is intended to work with October CMS. It is practically not possible for us to support Winter CMS or any other fork. It takes us twice as long to keep track of all the changes and managing all support, PRs... just to name a few.
October CMS is now taking serious steps forward and we're happy to develop along with it. As a company we have committed ourselves to October CMS and will maintain our public plugins for all the upcoming versions.
You are still able to use the Redirect plugin on Winter CMS by locking the version constraint to:
"vdlp/oc-redirect-plugin": "2.5.*"
from oc-redirect-plugin.
