Please re-add the 'play when headset is plugged' feature about vanilla HOT 2 CLOSED

The feature isn't gone: I just replaced it with an external application:

Just install the app and start it once (to activate the service).
The application works as a persistent service and will keep running without any workarounds (like telling vanilla to keep the notification alive in order to prevent getting killed)

Thanks for the help. I'll wait for this app to hit F-Droid and I'll install it. It'd still have been nicer if this feature would have been a feature of vanilla player (i.e. have a persistent service that starts vanilla on HEADSET_PLUG, and don't start the service unless the 'Play when headset is plugged' checkbox is ticked. This service could also startForeground with a PRIORITY_MIN notification, which is not shown in the status bar on 4.1+.

That being said, consider adding a checkbox that sets the notification's priority to PRIORITY_MIN.
