As someone who managed to get 10 albums from a band whose language I can't read, I vouch for this being useful.

Please note that this mock-up is very quickly done. This should show the actual album art of the album is question. The problem with this is probably song and artist view. I feel that song view could use the song's cover, defaulting to the album cover. Artists could show the cover of one of their albums.
