yeah, noticed that too. I just added a jQuery( function( $ ) ... call, and as the addon is not really much smaller when minified, I've been using the un-minified version (with above fix) instead.
BTW: I'm using this in my personal implementation of the Bootstrap Basic theme - soon coming to yer githubbers somehwere around the begin of next month or so ^_^

Guess what ginsterbusch, I am working on my own bootstrap theme also. Would be nice to compare notes at some point.
