These are the list of mobile application names which is common in IRAN.

I thought they can be used as a "keywords" in routing mechanism.

it might be useful for the client applications rather than the servers configuration.

Yes, something like that.
Currently some of the VPN apps have the "keywords" feature in the routing setting which by adding these lists of app names. Anytime your VPN app detect and match the same keywords with the app name in your mobile and it won't let them use the proxy server and connect them directly while your VPN is on.

I'm not sure if such a method can be used in the server side so you can direct any of these apps on your mobile by using the keywords in the routing mechanism.

I'm not a fan of using keywords to match domains, which leads to mismatches.
