Closing for now. Might need another option for this, which will get it's own issue later on.
I am fairly sure I need to tackle this problem completely different, for example download the flarum/flarum install manually, and run install flarum/flarum.
Might have to do a failcheck on create-project command's output and then give user option to download another way... Do not want this though, as it put more stress on keeping things updated.
