@Aniformer -- similar to #38, we do not currently have any functionality that would provide a diff of old vs. new regulation text within the CFR. At this time, we do provide ECFR via bulkdata and the API, which would allow you to compare a previous edition of the ECFR with a new one to see what changes were made within a given title.
If that functionality were made available in govinfo, we would also work to make it available via our API.
