Remove a pattern about wntr HOT 4 CLOSED

It seems that an easy method for doing this is needed. In the meantime, here is how to do it manually (using Net3.inp as an example, removing pattern ‘2’)

I hope that we can add to the @pattern_name.setter function to do the registry add_usage and remove_usage automatically farily soon, and that in the meantime this helps. The result from patterns.get_usage(‘patternname’) is a set, so yes, you can loop through it.
