First round of mockups.
Landing page:
Modal with extension choices (at first maybe we just support the Polkadot.js Extension; in this case there's no need for a modal; the extension dialog just pops up)
User fills in URL and alias, and gets a preview of gas, storage and tx fees.
Confirmation page with shortened, copyable URL.

The "Your Links" part is just an idea for now (if we can easily store them in localStorage). We could also have some sort of About page in the little menu.
Font is Inter and a new Web3 font in the works (we can use Inter Extra Bold for now).

everything implemented. only using Polkadot.js extension, the modal is for the future. decided not to show the links in the MVP, can be revived using the code here #20
