The Nutrition and Fitness website helps user to maintain a healthy lifestyle by providing with features like Diet plan and a Workout plan. First it takes the goal the user wants to achieve i.e. Fat loss or muscle gain. The system then provides appropriate diet and workout plan. The website also provides a nutritional calculator called the dietologist. It takes the user’s gender, height, weight, age as primary input parameters. It tracks the user’s workout routine by taking the no. of times user has done workout in a week and followed the diet plan. Considering all these factors the calculator provides user with BMI, body fat, lean mass, fat mass etc. results. It also shows user how much intake of carbs, protein and fats is required. At the end of one month the system will show the expected results achieved by the user. This can be accurate only if the user has followed the above said plans and given proper information to the system regarding his diet.
