You can pass the other arguments in as Strings as well, but I could see why it's confusing that you can't submit a Symbol. A pull would be appreciated!

Seems like supporting both (as well as lowercase if Name is used) would be most flexible - this option just seems different from all the others, would be nice if it could be used in the same way. If supporting both works then I can submit a PR.

Since the gem is meant to be used with strings since docker at this point is not standardized CamelCase in and out of the API, I think this should stay a string for now. Docker is trying to clean up the non-standard API format, and when that happens we can look into supporting symbols better.
