I think this might be a rendering issue (in Chrome & Safari on mac OSX) ... inspection of the page "source" indicates proper use of e-acute.

I can confirm that once I set the text-encoding to UTF-8 (it was the default "WESTERN ISO-8859-1" encoding) in Safari, the e-acute is rendered fine in the browser.

To remedy this, it would appear that the character encoding should be set in the HTTP response header to force browsers to do the right thing; e.g.

Content-Type: text/turtle; charset=utf-8

Names and descriptions are now chosen to match the locale and turtle is returned with charset=utf-8.
