We already had dct:modified on reg:Resister though with cardinality [1] rather than [0..1].

I've amended that the cardinality and added dct:modified to reg:RegisterItem as well.

Thanks. I assumed that an entity once initially created (but before any amendments) would not warrant a dct:modified property - hence cardinality [0..1].

Do you think cardinality [0] is more appropriate?

No, [0..1] makes sense to me, only originally had it as [1] because I thought that was what we had agreed but probably just an error in my notes/memory.
