I could but I don't really see it being that helpful tbh.
This is a Textmate bundle that happens to work in other editors that support Textmate bundles. Installing Textmate bundles is pretty straight forward. As far as the other editors with Textmate support, each has their own procedure.
Rather than trying to keep a readme up to date, I think it's better leaving it to the user to read the docs of the app they're trying to use the bundle with.

Hey I only just saw this after submitting my pull request. I still think it makes sense to include instructions, but will understand if you don't accept the request.
If you do accept it, the title should probably read "Sublime Text 2 Installation Instructions" instead of just "Installation Instructions".
