Move Syntaxes/HTML (Twig).tmLanguage to somewhere in your packages directory (should be ~/Library/Application Support/Sublime Text 2/Packages/ on OS X). I personally install my bundles in Packages/User/ (e.g. Packages/User/PHP Twig/HTML (Twig).tmLanguage) though anywhere in Packages/ should be fine.
You may also wish to edit your theme to better support the bundle. You can check out the scopes section of the readme for a quick reference of what elements are scoped under.
